The founder in front of the brand.
The Brow Edit is a Canberra brow expert with a loyal client base and a reputation built on precision. We brought her founder imagery to life in a curated brand shoot inside our in-house production studio - from styling and creative direction through to the shoot itself and the final retouch.

Pre-planning & styling
Before a single frame was shot, we mapped the content she actually needed - hero portraits for the website, softer verticals for reels covers, and cropped detail shots for the feed. We built the styling around a neutral, tonal wardrobe so the imagery would sit comfortably beside her existing brand palette and never date. Set, seating, lighting and shot list were locked in advance so the day itself stayed relaxed and unhurried.

Creative direction on the day
Being founder-led rarely means being camera-confident. We directed posture, hands, angles and expression frame by frame, working through a sequence of seated, standing and working set-ups so the library covers every context - authority shots, approachable shots, and in-the-work shots that show her running the business, not just posing for it.

Editing & retouching
Every selected frame was colour-graded to one consistent tone and retouched with a light hand - skin kept real, fabric and background cleaned, crops delivered in the exact ratios her website, socials and print collateral needed. She left with a complete image library rather than a folder of photos.

Why founder imagery matters
People buy from people. For service businesses especially, the founder is the brand - and stock imagery or phone snaps quietly undercut the price point you are asking clients to pay. A considered personal branding shoot gives you months of on-brand content, makes every touchpoint feel like the same business, and builds the familiarity and trust that turns a follower into a booking. It is one shoot day that keeps working long after it is done.
